We know every plant and every corner of the vineyard, we work hand in hand with nature. Aged 24 months in French oak barrels and clay amphoras. Keep in a cool, dry place, away from light sources. Ready to drink or cellar for perhaps up to 20 years. Serving recommendation: no more than 16º C. Decant 30 minutes.
